BMW 335is Review

BY:goofy 48 days ago on Automobile

The name BMW confirms that the model is not slouch in performance. The meaning of “s” in the 335is is sports and the previous model to hold it is the 325is which was left off in 1995. The car specification might make you think its performance will be an average of the 335i and the M3 but it is not actually. We are not saying that it has the standard of M3 but is just a tuned version of the 335i. BMW has tuned the engine to produce 320 hp and 317 lb-ft torque where the 335i offered only 300 hp and 300 lb-ft torque.
There is significant increase in power but however you will not feel much of a difference when on wheels. The 335i achieved 335i in 5.3 seconds while the 335is make it in 5.1 seconds. As you can see, there is only a 0.2 second difference which will not make much difference on road but will be crucial on race tracks. The engine also has an overboost feature which raises the torque to 370 lb-ft but only for a few seconds.
